How do I know which videos are right for me?

Easy!  Just look at the description for each DVD and you will see a "Level:"  We rate our DVDs on a scale of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced so you can determine which video(s) are right for you.

How long does it take to get the DVDs after I order?

All DVDs will be shipping within 2-5 days from the time of ordering.  Most of the time DVDs are processed IMMEDIATELY following the order.  All orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS.

I don't have an organ, but I like the way some of the instructors play.  Can I get and organ DVD and apply it to piano?

Yes, there are plenty of ideas and technique tips you can get from the organ DVDs, but it is important to remember that and organ is an organ and a piano is a piano.  There are certain things you can do on the organ that you can't do on the piano and vice versa.  It is there for best to get the DVDs for the instrument(s) you will have access to, but you are certainly not bound by that.

I don't have a PayPal Account, can  I still order from you?

Absolutely!  You are not required to have a PayPal account to order from us.  If you wish to purchase something, just click the "Add to Cart" link for the item you want to purchase and go through the check out process.  When it asks you if you want to login or checkout, just go through the checkout process.

I have a credit card but I am not comfortable ordering online.  Is there a number that I can call to place my order?

I know the notes on the keyboard and organ, but I don't know chords.  Will your DVDs help with that?

Yes.  The musicians that are featured on these DVDs are very knowledgeable about music.  Many of them break the chords down so that you can see how they are constructed.

Is it important to know theory when playing?  I hear many people say different things about the topic?

Well, this is a debate that I am glad to say is starting to become moot.  While it is entirely possible to go through a successful music career without knowing anything about music theory, in this day and age, it is becoming highly unlikely.  Basic knowledge of musical concepts like chord qualities (major, minor, diminished, augmented), scales, and the number system will take you far in a music career.  Reading is not required as much, but if you can find time to work that into your arsenal, then you will put yourself on another plateau of musicians.   There is a guy in NY that can play anyone under the table by ear.  He wanted to open himself up for more work so he took a year and learned how to read music.  Now not only does he do more Gospel work but he also does shows for musicals because he can read.

I know how to read music, but I am having trouble playing by ear.  How do these guys do it?

Playing by ear, like shooting free throws at the line, is a skill that has to be developed.  Don't be fooled by the guys that do it and do it well.  Many of them have been exposed to the music and have shed and put their time in to shape their skill into what it is today.  You can do that too and it doesn't have to take you years, before you can start satisfying yourself at your instrument.
